are available on a temporary, occasional, or permanent
basis. TrueCare’s professional and caring staff provide
services and assistance that may be as little as a few hours
each week, daily, or even round the clock, in home support.
We’re there when you need us, 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. We’re available on weekends and holidays. |
Individual Care
Plans. We develop an individually tailored care and service
plan for each client, reviewed and managed by a registered
nurse. Our trained and caring staff implement this plan,
ensuring that all the activities of daily life happen as
they should. |

initial and ongoing training for our staff to make certain
our staff understands their clients’ physical abilities and
limitations. We are attentive to our clients’ medical needs
and familiar with their medical service providers. Our staff
are competent working with a range of disabilities and
limitations, including individuals with dementia.

fully licensed and insured to provide home care services in
Maryland. Our leadership team makes regular visits to our
clients’ homes to oversee our caregivers as they work. We
make sure that the care plan is followed, and that our
clients are highly satisfied with the quality of care they
receive.

We train
our team to communicate well, to ask the right questions,
and to identify client needs. Our caregivers communicate
with their supervisors regularly. When our clients’ needs
change, we work with them to adjust their care plan. |
We manage our
trained caregivers closely, ensuring that they are there,
when you expect them, every time. When a caregiver is unable
to work, we make sure a backup caregiver fills in. We won’t
let you down. |
